How much does it cost to hire you for an injury case?
Injury cases are handled on a contingency fee: the fee is a percentage of what is recovered. The percentage and how case costs are handled are explained in writing before you sign anything.
How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Texas?
In most cases, two years from the date of the injury. Claims against government entities can require notice much sooner, so call early.
What if I was partly at fault for the crash?
Texas lets you recover as long as you are not more than 50 percent at fault. Your recovery is reduced by your share of fault.
Do you take cases outside San Antonio?
